How Does Apartment Selector Direct Give Their
Clients a Rebate?
1. Before visiting communities you regrister with Apartment
Selector Direct. We advise each community of your interest.
2. Please write "Apartment
Selector Direct/Your Agent"
on theguest card and/or lease application
form.
3. After leasing, contact
us at our website and enter the move in information or call us at 888-361-4420.
4. We confirm all the information with the community. Once Apartment Selector Direct
is paid we process your rebate payment of $109.99. This process can take up to 6-8 weeks from the date you report your lease or move in. We only mail to your new address and to the renter on the lease.
5.The rebate is subject to the approval of
rental landlord.
6. Am I Guaranteed a Rebate?You must sign a new lease and
become a new tenant of a property from the
list we provide. Please do NOT ask us
to compromise
our principles and pay you for
an apartment
that we did not help you find.
In that regard,
Apartment Selector Direct does
reserve the
right NOT to grant a lease-signing
Rebate
for leases signed with properties
that were
not specifically on the list.
7. Is There A Chance That The Properties Might
Raise My Rent So They Can Pay
Our Fee? No. The properties welcome reputable
Apartment
Locators like Apartment Selector
Direct and
don't mind paying our fee because
we work
hard to maintain a positive and
cooperative
relationship in providing their
office with
potential renters. We are providing
the Apartments with a service
of promoting
their great facilities, which
will in turn
be a benefit to all the parties

to disqualify the rebate for
the following
reasons:
The apartment refuses to work
with Apartment
Selector Direct, the submission of more than one
rebate form for the same unit,or failure to follow the requirements
to qualify
for a rebate.
