Apartment Selector On-Line Publishing Agreement


Apartment Selector offers an online apartment journal at www.apartmentselector.com/portland. The journal includes an area link for apartments and list communities in the area by price and size. Each community offering includes an internet building page along with details on pricing, sizes, square footage, general description, map link, images including pictures and floorplans as well as major amenities and features. The prospect is offered the opportunity to call, email or directly visit your community. The prospect may print a guest card for an introduction. When emailing both the community and prospect get a copy of the email.

Each community is setup with a unique internet page promoting the Phone Number and Features about the community. All communities are listed alphabetically on the front page as well as on the area specific pages for Portland.

Apartment Selector has a 45 year history of assisting renters. We have matched millions of renters to their apartments homes. Our service is designed with property managers and owners in mind. Our goal is to increase occupancy adn revenue and to decrease the cost of placing renters.

Please note several special features of our agreement.

1. Our contract is a quarterly contract renewable each quarter.

2. We focus on getting qualified renters to call and visits to your community.

3. Our presentation allows renters direct access to your community information from our One Step Area page or by our alphabehtically on the front page. We do not require pregristration bofore getting the renter started.

4. The primary focus of each page is your community.
