- ABOUT US
The Hill House is an independent living retirement complex that provides tenants two meals (breakfast and lunch) per day, seven days a week and weekly maid service. Each unit consists of a private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator, stove/oven and sink. Independent living is promoted; however residents are encouraged to pursue additional home care assistance as required through Medicare, Medicad or private insurance. Rents are on a month-to-month basis and are compressively priced.
- PROPERTY
The Hill House is a 24 unit, two-story complex with an elevator that accommodates the special needs of older adults while maintaining a cozy, warm and loving atmosphere. There are multiple lounge and sitting areas for conversation and relaxing--which are all adjacent to the central kitchen, dining room and backyard courtyard and picnic areas. The Hill House is conveniently located near shopping, churches and medical facilities. The property is located ¼ mile west of Fielder Road off Park Row on the eastside of Gina Drive.
- RESIDENTS
Our residents range in age from 70 to 95 and are quite an active, social and vibrant group. We currently have no residents who own their own vehicles and drive; however those who still drive are welcome. Many of our residents use walkers and few are wheel-chair bound who utilize home care services. Some residents require special dietary considerations—which our staff, in most cases can accommodate.
- SERVICES
Residents also enjoy the services of a visiting hair stylist who performs her services at an on-site beauty salon at discount prices, free use of our laundry facilities, and complimentary shuttle transportation for nearby shopping, medical appointments and errands. Additionally, a home-care service provider is available for special needs residents.
- ACTIVITIES
In addition to multiple libraries for reading, residents also enjoy bi-weekly games of Bingo. Card games and dominoes are also enjoyed bi-monthly. A karaoke machine for sing-a-long parties is permanently stationed in the dining room for use by residents and staff. Residents’ birthdays are celebrated each month with a birthday party during lunch with the customary birthday cake and ice cream.

RENTAL
RATES: Rates vary depending on size of apartment
(Approx 400 sq ft) and can be leased in six
Intervals or on a month to month basis. This
is an Arlington Housing approved facility.
Monthly rates range from $1000.00 to $1050.00.

Meals are provided twice a day,
seven days a week and weekly maid service. Each efficiency-sized unit consists of a private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator, stove/oven and sink. In addition, there is a lounge provided for each “cluster” of six units. Each cluster is centered around a central kitchen, dinning room, foyer, laundry facility, courtyards, picnic area and storage. There are (24) individual units, a backyard picnic area and ample lounge areas and guest parking.
SERVICES
PROVIDED: Weekly housekeeping services, shuttle service to medical appt(s) and scheduled shopping excursions, weekly bingo and karaoke parties. Monthly entertainment and musical guests perform the last week of the month. Visiting Physicians, home health care providers and home delivery of medications are also provided
