This community is an awesome downtown community that can give you the 3 month lease that you need, and they also use the rental furniture company. Availablility here is dependant on move outs and I will be calling back on first of April to see what is for sure available. They do run specials all of the time on units, so the prices can change to lower rent prices by the time your May 15th move date comes around. They have a fitness center, year round pool, hot tub, movie theatre, business center, free garage parking space, washer and dryer hookups, . 40.00 app fee, 100.00 admin fee, 200.00, deposit for the studio, and 300.00 dollar deposit for the one bedroom.
