Comments from a recent prospect: I wanted to write to let you know how helpful Whitney from your office was when I was looking for my new apartment. I came to Jacksonville from the Washington DC area to interview for a new job, and after landing the job, only had three days to try to find an apartment. I was expecting this to be very difficult task as I am not familiar with the area. I didn't have time to be boinging all over town looking at places that were not going to have the things I was looking for in a new home. I saw your ad in one of the local apartment guides, and since I knew where you were located, decided to give you a try.
I told Whitney what size of apartment I was looking for, the amenities I was interested in and the general area of town that would make my commute to work easy. She gave me a list with approximately two dozen possibilities in the area I had told her, and told me to go back to my hotel and look it over and come see her first thing the next morning. I took the list and came up with my "top ten" possibilities. By the next morning Whitney had contacted all of the properties on the list and was able to tell me which ones had availability in the time frame I was looking for as well as any specials they were offering. This kept me from wasting a lot of time visiting properties that wouldn't even have openings when I needed it. We were able to refine the list based on her info, dropping some and adding others. As it turned out, all of the properties on her list were within a five minute drive of each other, saving me even more valuable time. I was able to submit an application to the community I selected within 48 hours of first entering your office, and had my new lease signed before I had to return to Washington. There is no way I could have pulled that off without Whitney's help. Her cheerful, pleasant attitude and attention to the info I had given her turned a task I was really dreading into a relatively simple process.
I would like to thank Whitney for all of her help, and to thank you for offering your services for free. It is hard to get the kind of service I received in your office from other places where you actually have to pay for it. I only wish I had your service available for all of the other times I have had to find a new apartment. If I have any friends needing a new place to live, I will certainly send them to see Whitney.

As you requested, I am happy to write you this letter describing my recent experience with your company. As you know, I recently moved to Jacksonville to manage a new store in the new mall off of Gateparkway. After you gave me what you thought were my best choices I found some not so nice remarks on the internet about those apartments. You explained that the properties had been open for many years and with 300 units that makes many happy customers too and I should put little weight in the 3 bad remarks that I read on the internet and that you base your opinion on the reviews you get from your own customers. The remarks I found on the internet could not be more wrong. The fact is I have lived here for several months now and find every single description you gave me about the property to be true. The property is located near my job, the manager and staff is very nice. I have had one maintenace problem and they came out the same day. I had a neighbor leave his trash on his porch (which is right outside my door too) over night and when I told the office, they moved it themselves within a few minutes of my call! I'm on a budget and I feel for the amount of money I am paying, I am getting a great deal. Sure, it's not a house, but it's exactly what you described and it is exactly what I asked you to find for me. I will always support your company and will tell all my friends, co-workers, customers and even strangers what you did to help me. You really made the move a pleasant experience. What started out to be a very stressful situation became a very easy move. I will be calling you when my lease is up to buy a house from you! You can count on that!

This message is to thank you, once again, for "selecting" a wonderful neighborhood for us. And I would like to note that you are becoming more and more efficient with your technique. Last year, when we were new in town, we didn't find the right place until we had visited three different complexes. But now, we managed to get ourselves situated after looking at only two! And that's just the beginning...
As you know, our budget is tight and staying within our price range is one of our top priorities. And although you do have a magical way of expanding price ranges, it is definitely for our own good. Our new apartment is almost double the size of the last one, with an extra full bathroom, office, awesome amenities, and very little noise from the neighbors. I don't know how you were able to get us this place for only a little more per month than our old place, but we are very happy you did!
Finally, just as icing on the cake, we just recieved our deposit check back from the old place; this is very rare for an apartment complex to not try to nickel-and-dime away the deposit. It was a welcome surprise and totally unexpected. Thank you, you really do look out for your customers.
