Explanation: Free Move Program with Alliance
Apartment Movers.
First, We are not Movers. We provide you
a credit at Alliance Apartment Movers for
the time it normally takes to move a pick-up
your items, go to your next apartment and
to unload.
Second, You work directly with the mover
once we have approved the move and issued
you an account code.
Third, as with our rebate program-
Apartment
Selector or our agent must be on the
guest
card and rental application
Fourth, if you are current or previous
resident
of the community we will not able to
offer
the free move or if you are moving
into a
sister community.
Fifth, once we provide you the booking
information
for your credit with the mover all
your communications
will be with them.
Sixth, be ready to leave when they
arrive.
Our credit is for 2 hours. Any overage
you
will be responsible for at$89.00 hour.
Get
everything in writing. Purchase insurance
if you have valuables and make an inventory
list.
Seventh, the 2Hour Credit will cover
most
one bedroom apartments picked, transported
and unpacked with 8-12 miles. If you
are
unsure, then check it out.

Requirements and Disclaimer:
1.All boxes must be sealed and stackable.
Boxes must not weigh over 50 pounds.
2.Only items that two man can safely carry
are included in hourly rates.
3.All items must be disconnected and ready
to move. Our movers can provide this service
for an additional fee.

responsibility for any natural
stone furniture.
(marble, granite, limestone,
etc.)
Alliance Apt. Movers will not
accept any
responsibility for furniture
made with particleboard.
We reserve the right to waive
responsibility
for any item Alliance Apt. Movers
feel s
cannot be safely moved.
Waive forms must be signed before
move begins.
Alliance Apt. Movers will not
take responsibility
for walls, floors, staircases,
rails, light
fixtures, doors, and doorjambs.
Customers are responsible for
improper packinof
boxes. Alliance Apt. Movers will
be responsible
for the content of
the box if the box is physically
damaged
by the movers.
All drawers must be emptied before
the movers
arrive.
If your rent is below $600, then
we can only
offer a $600 move.
All rebates and free moves are subject to
the real estate laws of our state and subject
to approval by the property management for
the community you are chosing.

reasons:
The apartment refuses to work with Apartment
Selector Direct, the submission of more than
one rebate or moveform for the same unit,or
failure to follow the requirements to qualify
