How Does Apartment Selector Direct Give Their Clients a Rebate?

1. You must first contact Apartment Selector Direct and let us know that you need to find a rental property.

2. When you visit one of the properties from our site or that we recommend, you must write "Apartment Selector Direct" on their guest card and/or lease application form.

3. After you sign a lease, contact us at our website www.aptselector.com, call us at 888-361-4420, or email us at account@aptselector.com.

Apartment Selector Direct attains confirmation from the property that you signed a lease, moved in and/or rent responsible. You must report your move-in within 30 days. You are paid after we receive payment from the community.

Am I Guaranteed a Rebate?

You must sign a new lease with and become a new tenant of a property from the list, which is provided to you from Apartment Selector Direct. We can not pay for sister property move-ins or if you were previously a resident.

Is There A Chance That The Properties Might Raise My Rent So They Can Pay Our Fee?

No. The properties welcome reputable Apartment Locators like Apartment Selector Direct and don't mind paying our fee because we work hard to maintain a positive and cooperative relationship in providing their office with potential renters. We furthermore are providing the Apartments with a service of promoting their great facilities, which will in turn be a benefit to all the parties involved.
