You must first contactApartment Selector Direct and let us know that you need to find a rental property, we will then assist by providing a list of properties we feel will meet your needs. 2. When you visit one of the properties we recommend, please write "Apartment Selector Direct" on their guest card and/or lease application form. 3. After you sign a lease, contact us at our website wwwaptselector.com/rebate, call us at 800-324-3733, or email us at rebate@aptselector.com. Once Apartment Selector Direct attains confirmation from the property that you signed a lease, we will start the process of sending your rebate. Please be advised that this process can take up to 6-8 weeks from the date you report your lease or move in to the property. Am I Guaranteed a Rebate? You must sign a new lease with and become a new tenant of a property from the list, which is provided to you from Apartment Selector Direct. Please do NOT ask us to compromise our principals and pay you for an apartment that we did not help you find. In that regard,Apartment Selector Direct does reserve the right NOT to grant a lease-signing bonus for leases signed with properties that were not specifically cataloged on the aforementioned list. Is There A Chance That The Properties Might Raise My Rent So They Can Pay Mustang Leasing Company's Fee?
