in Dallas/Fort Worth? 2. Do you have stable household income of at least $50,000 per year that can be documented with W2s or tax returns? 3. If you or your co-applicant have a bankruptcy or foreclosure in your past, have you re-established good credit habits in the past 3 years since then? 4. Are you or a co-applicant free of any/all tax liens? 5. If you lack positive credit information, can you provide proof you've paid your rent on time for the past 12 months? 6. If you have any civil judgements or collection accounts, are you willing to begin paying them off? 7. Can you pay a program fee (1% of homes sales price) and your first month lease payment prior to moving in? 8. Are you a US citizen or legal resident alien with green card and valid tax payer ID's or social security numbers? *If you answered YES to the questions above you should fill out the form to the right TODAY to find out if you qualify to participate in this program |
