Real estate companies, third party relocation companies and employers utilize Apartment Selector to facilitate rental assistance for relocating transferees and new hires. These individuals are in need of rental information; relocation services and other services to assist them choosing Atlanta or the potential new employer.

Apartment Selector will customize services and touring packages that extend beyond our normal services of assisting renters. Pricing is generally based on 4 or 8 hours of assistance. Our fees are negotiable based on volume, frequency of services, and other contracted factors

CUSTOMIZED RELOCATION TOURING/COUNSELOR COMPENSATION

Customized fee paid tours is very similar to take-outs for the sales agent, ONLY in greater depth. Since the individuals are coming to address potential employers or on a preliminary area search, the end result may not develop into a lease or the individual may want to view a variety of rentals.

Our services are absolutely free to your new hires and transferees. Our compensation is based on the unique services requested.
