Top Score" refers to Apartment Selector's goal of achieving the highest grading of our service by both the renter and the "corporate client". Our name Apartment Selector originated as the Apartment Selector Service. This standard is engrained in our service culture for all our agents based not only meeting customer expectations, but exceeding them. Top Score measures the strength of the customer's response, not just whether the customer was satisfied. Apartment Selector's goal is providing the type of service that results in our customers rating as Excellent rather than Satisfactory.

METRICS
Each provider's performance will be consistently monitored and appropriate feedback given. Areas monitored will include:
· Professionalism
· Adherence to Apartment Selector's guidelines
· Timeliness / quality of service
· Responsiveness to requests, phone calls and service issues
· Availability of appropriate staff to respond to questions and issues
· Current and accurate knowledge of market
· Feedback from consultants and other operations personnel
· Service results checked and maintained
· Flexibility, responsiveness and commitment to customer and client

In today's global business world, Apartment Selector Relo Agents have access to modern technology in the form of computer hardware and software to communicate via the Internet and other basic forms of technology such as Audio/Visual and cell phones.

Apartment Selector provides all agents with the technology they need to assist their customers and Apartment Selector Relo Agents also have the computer technology at their finger tips at home.

It is Apartment Selector's policy to offer its clients housing that reflects adequate pricing based on the parameters and local market conditions and the customers needs and wants. It is expected that Relo agent will provide quality rental housing based on a fair market price and to exercise great negotiating skills on behalf of the customer.

It is expected that all Apartment Selector Relo Agents perform in a professional manner and to convey the message of reliability to the customer and client. This professionalism will be evident via the following:

Efficient use of time to enhance productivity and assist in ways that will lower the stress involved in the housing selection process of our clients.
