The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills in conducting needs assessment with each prospect. Organization is of key importance in identifying and prioritizing needs and designing solutions to accomplish a smooth relocation.

you will be an independent contractor. You are in your own business and hard work pays off for those that learn the system and invest the time to stay on top of the market.

The major responsibilities of the Leasing Specialist are:

• Provide superior service to each renter which includes thorough interviewing to determine needs and lifestyle and select those communities that work best for them.
• Provide an objective, unbiased overview of our city and provide accurate information about the rental market.
• Preview, list and update apartment communities.
• Communicate with the newcomer throughout the relocation process to facilitate the move and help the newcomer make an educated decision about the rental community.
• Market to rental communities to stimulate referrals.
• Participate as a team member to provide a superior relocation service and participate in the goals and opportunities at Apartment Selector.
• Normal office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Time may be required outside of these hours to accomplish your goals and objectives.
